Deposit : A deposit of $10,000 is required to obtain a Bidder Number for this auction. Deposits should be in the form of cash or by certified check or other form of payment acceptable to the Mortgagee or its agent prior to the commencement of the public auction. The entire deposit will be credited towards the final purchase price. Deposits of the non-successful bidders will be returned immediately following the auction.
